Its unlocked since tierra americana is out, you just need a shipyard rank 2 at your company colony and use the parts to build it as listed here on the site.

I dont know i think 6/7 is around 500-600k ..
But its rare, I never saw 7/7... Its fast ship with great turn moment...
If anyone know what is price of that ship now... lets we now?1

it goes between 300-500mil. depends on suply and demand. I just dont like armour piercing bullet skill on it. always feel its taking one space for something better
