It seems you can no longer collect Fennel, Stone, and Lilac in East Havana. The land area completion chart for crops does not list those goods, and collecting at the red flower bed did not yield those either...

Well, they dont seem to be the appropriate type of goods you would find in the Carib and Latin America ares, so I guess that's why they removed them.

When you chart a land area you can look up the details section of the chart and it will tell you what you will find by searching as well as collection and procurement..

Island of Celebes East Coast: In addition to the fruit that is collected as shown above, if you collect at the Red Flowers in the Southeast corner, you will collect only Black Mud, red flowers and vegetable oil. Fruit did not appear at this location.
