Flooding is good, lots of MFCV etc. use bulletproof as original skill meaning they dun have drainage pump meaning they cannot stop flooding as the items don't stop it. Problem is it only works with double-shot... But then again with Normal Shot Defense being so prevalent using double-shot may not be a bad idea anyway.

MNG can use this btw :)

i think its useful in team play. imagine great flooding cant be removed without drainage pump, and flooding lowers the armour of the ship and gives you moreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee damageeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
