That's why frigate ships will have a/an (little or big?) advantage on AFCV and MIs with this skill, it will add extra speed on reloading and range of god cannons. :)

The +10 range is meh but the reload speed improvement is awesome basically same effect as 5 ranks of Reloading but works even better as it's a passive.

I plan to put it as optional skill on Super corvete.
I read that I need 3 parts to do that.
But, how many permits i need for that upgrade!???
There is no mantion that needs permit for that, how is that posiblle!?
