aides gain xp anytime YOU gain xp, when at sea aides gain a certain amount of xp for every sailing day (meaning that you are in motion and not still), the type of xp they gain is decided by which job they are currently in and the amount of xp is affected by bonus days and adjutant room

no, only skill on your ship will be effective

20exp/day is the normal amount(Navigator/Paymaster/Lieutenant duties & 10+10 on the rest duties) when you sail at sea.
The ship skills don't work when on an aide ship. If it worked, then your aide would get 24 exp/day (since the adjutant cabin gives +20%).

after retest with longer sailing time , it seem to be IO was right , i was misunderstood the skill effect with daily aide exp bonus, it doesnt work with aide ship :(

If my battleship got this skill, and I'm doing sea battle using that ship, after done battle does my aide will receive +20% exp from the battle?

not really , depends , if u want a ship for grind only , its something worth thinking about , since u float on the sea hundreds of hours to get lvl 75 , and u DO NOT get extra exp for aide when u win a battle , but u DO get extra exp for your aide WHILE U IN THE BATTLE , SHOOTING NOOBs , so its not worthless after all

Just a thought: for those seeking to enlist their Aide in Royal Navy (50/50/50 levels + 100 traits in every category + 100 trust), this ship skill would make the level grind a little more bearable.

Things to know about this

1)Works with Aide Voyager Tickets( Aide Exp Tickets ) instead of getting just 30,000 Exp when you use it you will get 36,000

2) You must be moving(any speed) In order for your aide to recieve exp and get the ajuntant +20% aide Exp bonus

3) +50% & +30% Exp Astro items will work when the PLAYER recieves exp and since your exp goes to the aide aswell they will get exp equal to what the player receives. However with +exp items the daily exp aides get when sailing each day is NOT boosted. So dont use +50% exp and try to get extra xp from daily sailing
