only in battle. Never tried this and EA simultaneously, I don't think, but I imagine that it'd help

I am newbie in ship building and I don't understand in This page (Enhance ship handling) Assume I have Trading Large Galleon

First I see in Trading large Galleon Ship Page I see "High Quality Rigging and Processed Lumber" are ingredient but This Page display "Origina Ship Permit+High Quality Rigging+5 Carpentry Tools." I'm confused.

Second I see Ship building skill level3 and Navigator skill level2. what's real skill requirement. when will I use shipbuilding skill or use Navigator skill.

please describe it. Thank for all answer.

Enhance Ship Handling on this page is improved throught OSP .
On TLG page , is improved throught SSP.
So the diffrent is ,
1 OSP = 200 PA (Tradeable)
5 SSP = 1000 NC (Non - Tradeable) cash item

And the navigation , management , arm < is the skill almost every player need to learn
To active the ship skill u must have one of them or 3 of them
Based on what u playing at , like arms is usefull at battle , navi is usefull at adv , management is usefull at trading
And to rank up these 3 skill u must ride on a ahip that have skill even the skill didnt not active

'Special Shipbuilding Improvement Permits'(NC item)3-10 depending on which improvement it is, 1000NC=SSIPx5=
look at TLG page then 'Calculator' page

this page Original Ship Skill requiring 'Original Sbuilding Permit'(200 Patriot Awards (PA)-converted at Secretary your nation palace) PA are rewarded for Imperial Quests and are traderable 150-200k each att. HQ Rigging and 5xC.Tools

they also have different SB rank etc requirements as stated on the different pages

you may want to look at 'UWO wikia' as this has quite a detailed explanation on shipbuilding
