Lift the improvement cap already! Vaiss can improve to 6/6 at maritime lv62 usage requirement make this ship go all the way to 6/6 with lv60 usage requirement plz!

Because moored mine make the enemy ship to stop... and the other skill enhance the damage, so you can't deal heavy damage DPS stopping him every time.

Moored mine + improved mine needs you lay a group of mines in one area , it doesnt work well if you full sail when dropping mine . i would like a full dura , armour one with Moored Mine only , whoever got hit by that mine in middle BC is a dead ship hehe

takes a fleet of two to make the hull, hc 15 and sb 16. Haven't made this ship yet but can get to sb 16 and have a partner that can get the hc 15 to fleet with. So Could get the hull made, which has to be made in Manila,
then build the ship. Not sure yet where this ship is made, if I can make it in Amsterdam, am dutch player. Willing to help for the time and expense to make, if I am able. IGN Bravehart.

hull needs handi 8 and SB 15. Dont need fleet, but also going to Manila for just one ship in SB job isnt encouraging...

but if moored mine slows the ship and reduces dmg for a lot wouldnt adding improved mine be better than only using the moored mine? i mean at least for this ship unless you want to get adjuntants cabin instead xD
