                  wish people would read things - look at the page again: this is a FREESTYLE SHIP you need to build from scratch, so as per every freestyle you need to have invested in the port where it is to be made - in this case jakarta (about 1 mil), you need sb r9 a medium flush deck style hull(base cedar), if you wanted it built with EA then you would also need antifouling paint and medium gaff sail u could also add medium gun port and 1 other part ( i dont think you would get 2x skill on initial build using antifoul paint , munitions chamber,medium gaff)

                  I think it's not enough development in Jakarta, i invested 3mil but i couldn't build the ship. Development 52k now, still not enough .............. or after EA expansion only?
