server time is GMT, which is 4 hours ahead of east coast USA time.
but the thing with liners is they are always leaving one end of their line at the top of each hour.
so if you are at port 5 mins till and the liner is not there, then it will be at the next hour.

Santa Veronica liner is also available to ride from Lisbon to venice, costs 55k and has a 10 min sailing time (which is strange cuz the liner from venice to pisa taked the same amount of time). I guess all liner times are rounded off to the nearest five minutes, except for trend liners.

'ey, there are now two new liners to San Francisco in Lima and Panama! Since you can log out in a liner after boarding it and log back in at your destination (after it's left and reached that destination, of course!), that's handy if you have to stop the game for any reason in those cities, but don't mind paying for a quick shortcut between them.
