            Yes you need those parts and the special ship building permit. Unless you build the Tactile Survey Sambuk. Then you can simply build it as a special ship in Jakarta

            Yes, increase wave resistance from 7 to 11 to sail during storm. Need to use SSIP (NC item) do that. Cheers...

            usually around 2-3mil Thorecluis, try get a teak trade sambuk for the extra speed. look for over 440 cargo ideally too. whe you do finish schools you may get a 'graduation sambuk' anyway, not sure since they didnt have that when i did schools.
