i don't know if it has an effect in fleet, but it prevents confusion on your own ship

yes, i'm sure I have Aide ship with Command Post, Repair Support & Medical support. Everything works for the whole fleet :)

Is there a way to fix loud bomb disorders? Do calming flags work on them during melee? cuz sometimes you dont have time to hit leadership before the next ship boards you =.=

Only thing you can do during melee is use bell of withdrawal or retreat button if you don't have bells, or a fleet member with leadership.

No, if an aide ship doesn't join you in battle,
none of its battle skills work.

Ive tested since my inquiry. The answer is.... Not at all. You need to grind leadership/steering.
