                yes it is out, its FS made in copenhagen using large 2 decked hull, can be improved only to 3/5 by now

                what you all mean to say is , the req sb rank for improvent is orange/red in latter stages and your all so scared yer gonna mess up the build that you aren't prepared to try any further improves.

                i improved my RHG to 8/8 with max sb rank 13 mayby i was lucky but it worked fine
