It translates its name to "De Jeben", Its a Dutch miliary ship that will be added In 2nd Age chapter 4, Says something like "With the means of focusing on The seven United Netherlands" translates really weird...

Actually, there is an air-defence Frigate of the Koninklijke Marine (Royal Dutch Navy)called "De Zeven Provinciën" :)

I'm not sure if it's garbage (for a non-NC ship), when built with official hull it's 1106 dura, meaning up to 1361 @ g3, and 39 base armor (again, not bad for a non-NC ship).

I dont see any point using high-end non-NC/Astro ships. Who is willing to pay billions of Ducat to upgrade them to G3 although they are obviously outperformed by many Astro ships with extremely low ship-rebuild cost?

ship rebuild is a bit weird...astros and their non-nc have same cost
like...large clipper and custom large clipper...both of em have same cost of rebuild....despite the lvl requirement...
seen on manila galleon and modified manila galleon too....hmm

Most astro ship have lower rebuild cost (but seems to be diferent by ship) and others grants more chances when using these as material ships... and most likely 30% more chances isnt reliable.
Anyways, by the money and patience needed, only "the best" ship by your playstyle is candidate for rebuild. And now, a lot of people dont even think of fusion, maybe G1 for some skill or bonus, and G3 mostly for pvp... honestly, a ruined feature...

DiNozzo some FS built g3 battle ships are better than alot of astro ships even at g3 due to most of these 2nd age battle ships having around 1370 dura before fusion.
With a g3 4/4 FS built battle ship its easy to get 2 optional skills, max dura, max sails, good turn, high +armour and because these 2nd age battle ships have great base stats like dura and armour they can be perfect. If i had a choice to be given a g3 MIS or g3 4/4 FS built la couronne id choose the la couronne.

Although my battle lvl reaches 75, I havent any 1st-tier Astro ships yet. So Im wondering whether I should choose one from lvl 75 ships, or keep making money for the best Astro ship.
Im still inclined to choose the latter but I find some of lvl 75 ships quite better than I expected. Thanks again.

Special floating mine + Special Ship Hold -> Special sea mine
Stern deck + Admiral's cabin -> Welcome Melee Battle
Special high explosives + Metal work -> Special smoke bomb
Marine sweeper + Casting net -> Sea mine removal
