Well, the server is populated with noobs and intermediate players who are below lv60 maritime, and many maritimers do not like row ships, those who do will want to get MLA, so demand won't be high, I hope NM/CJ keep pumping Turtleships into TB and great a surplus of supply, then more will see it's a bargin and hopefully be tempted enough to pick up row (takes 1600 hours of non-stop grind to get from R1 to R14).

Supposedly on the Japan server they are nerfing turtles so it's a 50% chance to evade melle.

Before Maou_Sadao gets ridiculed relentlessly for that post, players should know about this ship. While 50b seems retarded and is, this ship is 1 of a kind. It was given to the "King Spender" (or "King Sucker")from a promotion event a few months back. There is ONLY 1 on the server.. It can also have DHP..

The problem with this ship is the limited amount of mods, with DHP as optional 1 you will be limited to BPA or IGP for 2nd optional and any other skill will be added via fusion , so thinking Inhenitance for g1 and durability for g3. you get a 3x skill ship at best. with not so good armour

First they said it was impossible that boat there, then doubted he'd get DHP, now complain that he has few mods and not worth much, my ATS G2 is full durability and Armour and has only 5mods, as this asks 6, the interesting is that they are selling the IATS the 35-40b, the MLA G4 30-40b,
and the COG to 35-45b, because then that this boat is the best turtle game may not be worth 50b, interesting and that some players always like to criticize the price of the other, but if they bite of envy because they do not possess this boat, already said I want 50b, 20b accepted in ducats and 30b in value ship.

sure its 1 of a kind, until it's in the bottle. definately not worth 50bil, not even 15bil imho. 4th best turtle in the game.
slower than IATS/AATS/FATS, much less dura/armour, limited to 6/6 mods, no cannon skills except for the generic IGP. DHP over rated and is more useful in sail ships that can actually melee. right now i doubt anyone would pay 20bil, but let him keep asking 50bil

The ship has but one flaw, low durability, and really it is low in comparison to IATS only(comparing turtles vs the other it is negligible).
As for the rest 6 mods is not an issue you don't need two mods to add crew or row power, there's CIGP out there and fusion maxing dura isn't a problem.
The skill set is sufficient, only not having WTB can be a flaw and once again it is a flaw only vs the IATS.
You are underestimating the DHP on a turtle the most of you. A ship that only takes it from behind, doesn't need evasion and can set accuracy + penetration + DHP, in any 1 vs 1 situation it can be a complete monster but you need to get the idea of how to use a turtle with DHP, enough said, i hope some turtle noob with a little imagination makes a demonstration of how you can be deadly with this ship.
As my opinion goes i would rank it somewhat better than FATS, significantly worse than IATS.
