The ala is 4-5b for ticket, i even see kubrius selling his ALA Ticket for 4b.This is even shittier plus the high sail reqs limits the market as no 61+ maritimer wants this. I wouldnt pay more than 1.5-2b for a ticket but then again id rather the ALA and would trade my soul for MLA anyways.

@cornelia. i agree with you that this ship should just be 1.5b-2b maybe even 3b. but i dont agree with you that this ship is crappier than ALA... honestly if you think about it, this is actually better than ALA. WHY?
this ship has "command post" skill, ALA doesnt have it. how many times have you been disordered due to cannon barrages right before you engage in melee? ok so ALA has "assault deck battle" skill, so what? if you want to force a deck battle then why not use MKW instead as its faster in battle, using ADB on ALA is a waste of skill slot. the true strength of both ships is in its insane number of crew which is meant for "MELEE BATTLE" not "DECK BATTLE" so why in the world would you prefer ALA's ADB skill over LA's CP skill when both ship has 330 crew? makes sense right?
regarding the number of upgrades, LA goes 5/5 while ALA goes 6/6, this doesnt mean ALA is better. its just 1 upgrade. as i said previously, both ships strength comes from its crew. both ships have same amount of crew. your goal is to engage the enemy in melee. how much difference does 1 more upgrade do when you are prone to disorder before you engage?

Command post does suck. Its good on an aide ship. Most maritimers have leadership as a quick slot and can just spam the button as approach to melee. Not worth wasting a skill slot on a ship for. Especially a ship that goes 5/5 as command post doesnt even mod in nice. ALA is better without question.
