Yeah, all skills don't have it now in their pages. It was nice. You could just find the skill, and with the list of clothes with it, you could see how to + it. It was very useful. Please put it back..

anyone knows how to grind this fast? I'm lvl 65 trade still at r4.

Sophia

lol 4, you get court hat, consul coat, pope staff and gold feet that gives r4+6=r10. go buy / make/ etc stuff and sell in your home nation(its usually easier to barter better price there, not always the capital so shop around a little first) you can also buy stuff (at market rate bout 120%) from home nation and barter a better deal for export.
every time you barter better price and sell/buy without a fail you get accts xp
can also buy the NC +3 trade skills boost 24hrs and proficiency xp boost,
and set the Oxford barter skills on your college skill slots - thats about as fast as your gonna get then its just practice and lil luck

where do I get this?

Chester

Switching to a job that favors it is the only way to learn accounts skill. Same with gunnery and sail-handling. Can't be learned from nobles.

The higher this skill, the more discount we get??

The higher this skill, the more discount we get??

Lisa

Yes. For example u can get 40% max discount. Lvl 1 gives 5% per success (idk real rate). Lvl 10 gives u 15% per success. Higher lvl mean easier cap reaching and ofc faster.

Is the discount cap variable or is it fixed? Also, I've noticed inconsistent things when selling. For example, original profit 1M -> three successful haggles capped it to 1.5M -> +50% profit gain. But then, original profit 7M -> three successful haggles capped it to 8.5M -> much less than 50% profit gain. Same account rank both cases. Any explanations for these?

@enver accounts depends on relation to nation as well, if the control nation is not 100% of your nation it means its either you get less price on your haggle, also need sociability skill as well it make raise your chance of successful haggle and raises the price(not sure with the price though but im sure with the success rate)

Played 2 years still r6 how to rank fast?

Lancelot
03-12-2013
Just haggle. Best way to rank is to stop after one successful haggle. But yes, it is slow. Although I've been playing for 8 months and mine is r8, so I suppose either you haven't been haggling, haven't been buying and selling, or have been taking long breaks :-).

Nina

as said... there is not fast way other than haggling anywhere and anytime. But not just selling stuff, also buying!. Anyone that normaly trade around reach r10 just by playing. To the players that not trade or just sell dungeon stuff... well, there is no fast way
Kaliset03-22-2013
Where can you buy accounts?

Holfina
03-22-2013
As has been said many times, you have to change to a job that favours it to acquire this skill.
Kaliset03-22-2013
I'm aware of that, I actually wanted to know which NPC you get it from (Merchant GM for future askers), but thanks anyway.

Rashid

You always get job favoured skills from the guild master of the job's class.

My accounts skill is at rank 6 and I use some booters that takes me to rank 9 (6+3). In this situation when i use Hanseatic League Seal, wich gives me a temporary +5, will my effective rank be 6+5=11 or 9+5=14?
Egw07-20-2014
9+5, or technically better put 6+8, but be quick, hansa effect only lasts seconds.

The
Naka-Haori gives +2 Accounts as well; 13k fame to equip, no gender or job restrictions. Somewhat easier to make than the color-custom version already listed on this page.

Refined Accounts skill has an effect:
Enables advantageous haggling (only lowering price) at the Market.
So the effect applies only for buying trade goods. Consider this before grinding this skill :) pity i didn't know it...

Could refined Accounts be bugged maybe? I find it a bit strange that it works with buying and not selling. Someone needs to get in touch with a GM to find out.

"Additional effect (Skill training) - The upper limit of the price cut is compensated." Sounds like it's working fine to me, sadly.
