Just checked - it is MANDATORY to be money trader in order for this quest to pop-up - Tried with 3 SQMPs without money trader job - didn't happen. with monet trader job - poped-up after 3 ordinary QMPs

Getting this quest with Sommelier Job. Looks like Metal trading r7 and Arab language are important. Sociability r7 is on a fleeted toon.

i pulled this quest yesterday :
not in job, no arab lang, 50 qmp : failed. I pick the job, the quest pop after 2 qmp.
Otherwise, my fleetmate ( no job, no metal skill, no arab) didn't have it in its quest list.
