I heard that this is a famous job for traders, anyone knows the advantages of having this job, thinking of getting it but don't want to waste sailing all the way to calicut with my sambuk if it's not worth it?

this job is helpful for spice trading as you get the +1 spice trade, and useful if you cook, the only issue with this Job is you need to have rank 5 spice trade for it to show up so if you don't have spice trade you will to be fleeted with someone who can pull the quest for you

lol if you dont fancy 'sailing all the way to calicut' to get this job/skill then you will not like the sailin all the way to SEA repeatedly to get the spices you would need to trade

I need a little feedback for trading spice. If I want to travel to SEA, what would be the easiest way to get there? ( considering I have 400v and 400h sails)
a) suez canal and back through africa
b) Panama canal and back through south america?
if anyone has any other idea for travelling feel free to tell me please

Well, if by easiest you mean fastest, Suez Canal and back around Africa is the way to go.

You could also register the Southeast Asia port of your choice as a base, and log out and tow to it overnight. In that manner, you would begin your next gaming session at SEA, and be free to return through Africa or South America.
