because EA is opened with a whole freaking chain of quests and to get to the really good nanban goods, you need to accumulate 40k+ cultural contribution in EACH of the nanban nations, and then to get nanban goods, you first need to load up with a full load of goods from europe like wine or glassworks to trade for 3:1 shyt ratio unless you buy NC purveyor certs. also you need to compete with other people who try to wreck the EA market before you do to get the best trade ratio and sometimes need to spend a whole day there just waiting for good market rates.

for Spices, you just need pay a bunch of ducats in your home country to get trade fame (how much easier is that?) to open SEA for all 4 of your alts.

Take a company liner, or just set jakarta as home base and overnight tow with 0 goods. Go to Ambon, pop off a few PO4s and you're fully loaded and good to go.

what they should do is just and ONLY just nerf the prices of dungeon nanban goods, THOSE are the source of the problem of a hyperinflating economy.

If the dungeon goods are nerfed, the 5 main dungeon ducat farm is effectively shut down and those who actually do nanban will increase, with more nanban traders, the competition in EA to get the best market rates goes up and the market stabilises.

JUST DONT INCREASE SPICE PRICES NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO!

Ya'll are fucking killing me. We have known for a very long time now exactly what is going to happen in 2nd age update. This isn't even new news.
The information was out there almost as soon as the update hit the other servers. You finally pull your head out of your ass and actually pay attention to what is going to happen and yet you STILL SOMEHOW HOPE IT WON'T. Like somehow it will be different just for GAMA because you grace it with your presence and you don't agree with changes that are YEARS old.

Yes clearly I got schooled. Did EA goods get nerfed on every server? yes. Did spice trading get boosted a little on every server? Yes. Dumbass, i wasn't talking about changes that were specific to one server but no others. These changes happened on all of the servers but some of you still think somehow it won't happen on GAMA.

The uproar over deck battles was epic when it happened. Like somehow that wouldn't be applied to GAMA when it was clear to anyone paying attention that it was coming. The uproar over 2nd age changes will be similar and there is no reason for it. You should know it's coming, expect it, adapt to it. Just play the damn game.

Also. Yes Nanban rates will be nerfed come 2nd Age as well as Spice pricing will rise. Spice trading will bounce back. Also the price of spice trading equipment as well as PO4s are going to rise.. In addition Nanban rates will drop, the prices of Nanban purveyor certs will drop as well as ESBT prices as EA dungeons wont be as profitable anymore..

I suggest players buy PO4s now and spice equipment while selling Nanban purveyor certs and new nanban bills. Also piracy will bounce back again strong in the spice island area so prepare for that as well.

This is the only +2 Body Equipment for Spice Trading. It last came out monthsss ago in TB. The recipe to make this outfit is unavailable at the time. Im sure there will be some high end spice traders looking to buy this to get that much closer to r20 Spice trading once this 2nd Age update comes and spice prices are raised while nanban goods is nerfed.
