I'm 100% sure they unbalanced UWO gama server on purpose.

I dont even have any doubt about it. They nerfed nanban trading, requiring the nanban pcs, they nerfed adventuring, making qmps harder to get, they nerfed trading, by making POs rarer too. POs used to be in the cash shop even, when the game was newer. There are other changes too, items that were supposed to be dropped by npcs or dungeons but arent available.

The truth is, from release as time passed, they started to progressively increase the cash shop, and making it more and more unbalancing, but players could chew it, until that valentine cash shop(forged gear/forged cannons).

My theory is that during that february, NM was really needing to build money. They were starting to give signs of closing their games.

They even planned to go ahead from there(that cash shop was promotional, but the most sold items would remain on the shop, it was said), but the uproar was too much, because they arrived at the boiling point for the community. Players couldnt stand anymore because they broke something sacred: the gameplay. The majority of gama server community is interested in healthy gameplay. Its true that there were many imbalances in the game, but there is a point when an imbalance becomes a break in the gameplay.

So they changed their plans to keep things as they were and did damage control by fooling the game community making them believe they would fix it, which never happened. Maybe it required some monetary investment they werent interested in doing, so what they ended doing was to drag the situation as much as possible, maybe hoping things would be settled. They could at least have stepped up and have done some fixes, the community deserved it.

Well back in March I echoed what many have said, NM is planning to shut down otherwise they wouldn't go to such extreme methods of milking customers dry in a retardedly unsustainable way... People accused us of saying nonsense... But gosh it was so damn apparent!!!

Hopefully, now that OGplanet has the game, they will fix some of the issues. I figure that they will work on that as soon as they have the more pressing software and server hardware issues fixed, which are both more problematic and detrimental. I have faith that they will bring back balance at somepoint. Then, then the seas will fill with ships again

I have used this job before, and currently see it as a selectable job change option from the Merchant GM. Nothing has 'happened to it'.

you can get the card from Gianettino npc job Endorsement , he is a venetian and sail around Adriatic Sea, in front of Venice. He is the only one who gives this job card so far as i know
