There is a prequest: DaVinci's Mirror
When you do that quest if you immediately go back to the maritime guild you'll see the next quest

Certain jobs has different kinds of skills favoured --favoured means that you know how to use it; enabling you to lvl up the skills easier-- and so it is always to important to pick a right job that has favoured the skills that you wanna lvl up easing ur grinding :)

I had this quest pop 10x and i just fliped right by it, was looking for different one at the time, however if anyone needs this quest, i had no problem finding it, im lvl 54, with 150k maritime fame tho, so ofcourse id prob get it easily, but it shouldnt be too hard even for noobs as long as u have required skill, u should be fine...

there is a big difference between 'newb' and 'noob'. newb short for newbie. noob is very much like yourself Naoyasu, an idiot that makes the same mistakes repeatedly. players all over the internet like yourself Naoyasu throw out the word many time a day without even knowing the words meaning, that's your repeated mistake, hence youre a major NOOOB :P
