honestly you can just buy the dresses from the comp shop in marseilles, they sell for about 3m each, and you only need to do it ONCE, then forever and ever after you can just pay 3.2mil (i think, it may be even less) to change into the job uncarded. The cost and effort of always making 3 dresses and running around to turn it in just to get a cheap job change is not worth the effort.

if you leech it from other people that have sewing r13 and u don't have sewing r13...that person must be near ya in order to send the dress...if not...you can't send those item thus can't complete the quest..

weapon trading on a tailor, that's pretty pointless. They shoulda added livestock trade instead, i use that more than fabric trade while working tailoring

"Dreams of the noblewomen" is a Chrono quest as you've said, but the follow-up "Royal Warrant Craftsman" quest is not. An associate also claims to have pulled the Dreams quest with Merchant Graduate title equipped, so unless something has changed with Chapter 2's release, you may not require the 16.5 Adept of Ages title to pull the quest.
