Scored the peafowl/feathers poultry farm at around 446 productivity; it was the fourth farm I built. No idea about the silk farm, but I'll be trying to get one of those next.

Regarding silk (I was 'Laurencio' above), I finally got the right farm at productivity 605 -- it's only producing hemp at the moment, but in ten days I can switch produce. Yay.
