so far i tried syracuse which is pretty good and just tried 15315,
3450 west of madeira (tuna and blue mackerel).. Tuna come out on steady pace.. not bad due to only two type of fish come out

Thank you Wood smith .. with your co ordinates and both " oxford field activities " along with fishing R9+1 , I managed to haul out 200+ Tuna and 400+ blue mackerel in an hour.

The spot just a bit due north of Madeira(you should just be able to see the city if you swing your view south) will, with r20 Fishing and Oxford skills Field Activities 1 & 2 active, get you 4-5 Tuna(mostly 5) or 3-4 Mako Shark or Swordfish or Sunfish or(when you do get any) 8-10 Blue Mackerel or Sardines with each catch.

I heard that the little island to the north of Tripoli (488,3359) was a good spot for Tuna.

With R16+1 Fishing, I got:
163 Tuna
75 Blue Mackrel
34 Mako Shark
7 Sunfish
3 Swordfish

Nice place to grind Fishing+Storage.

I did some extra tests in order to find the best spot for Tuna. All those numbers are with R16+1 Fishing.

Immediately Outside Syracuse
Tuna: 1620 (26.7%)
Blue Mackrel: 3750 (62%)
Swordfish: 160 (2.6%)
Mako Shark: 360 (5.9%)
Sunfish: 160 (2.6%)

Syracuse Off the Coast (642, 3256)
Tuna: 2390 (31.3%)
Blue Mackrel: 4190 (55%)
Swordfish: 140 (1.8%)
Mako Shark: 790 (10.3%)
Sunfish: 110 (1.4%)
