                    Where is the best place to collect these?

                    The only place where you can collect them is the area beyond Southwest Massawa (Northern Ethiopia). Your need to do [QUEST:99997494] quest to unlock that area. Your also need R14 collection to be able to collect Tyrian Purple. If you can't collect, I get plenty of them in Giza Lower and Luxor Mid and Lower dungeons.
