Do the recipes for peacock feathers ONLY appear at private farms in Savaii? Which is to ask, is this trade good pretty much useless for any player whose private farm is NOT in Savaii?

Seems that the recipe does only show up at the Savaii private farm, however, if you have R5 sewing or higher, the same recipe will also show up under Aide Production's sewing category. You don't even need a Savaii farm if you stock the peafowl goods in your quarters' trade good storage; the production will consume them automatically and yield feathers that way. (Where you'd get the peafowl from if you don't have a Savaii farm is another story, though.)
