Is there safe from npc pirates ? Or like npc privateer ?
I thinks it quite troublesome if we reset port and ambushed by the hatefull npc pirates .

Anyone can confrim it ? Its have npc pirates or not ?

Kolkata is the best place for port reset for this if you sail SE from port then you can avoid npc easily.

otherwise collect in north Calicut R9+ collection (at about R13 i collect approx 100 per hour so not great but very safe)

collect it in north Calicut.... been here for an hour and have 200....no risk of pirates from port hopping.

rk 12 collecting is what I am, but it might be available at lower....

With R 8 + 6 Textile Trading i can buy about 100+ in callcuta just reset using po3 much faster than collect in calicut

Guess it depends on if you want to collect or buy.... personally, I prefer collection....

It lets me do chores while still playing....plus it's something I can do at work without worry of my boss getting upset. ;)

The private farm at Savaii can make these on 4th development (though it's hard to get them to show up from what I heard), and of course buying them at terribly marked up prices at comp shops, otherwise theres no other way to get these in Europe.

As I said (Carla, above), Songsunri dungeon upper drops LOTS of these. It's just not very economical to run it with ESBT. It is very possible though.
