how do you get this? i've invested over 6mil in porto and its not there. am i missing something

You don't need to invest. I just bought mine in Porto and I'm English. Have you tried the Item Shop or Craft Shop?

i've tried both i can get v1, but not this. i'll go try one of the other cities see if i can get it from there

You will get it from the town official after 1.5mil investment in Porto, or buy it at 100k each after 180k investment in Pisa.

Thanks finally got it at Pisa, I've invested in Porto over 6mil and never got this, Only time I got a book for investment was in Lisbon a cooking book.

go pisa 180k and you can buy it to your hearts content from item shop

You CANNOT get this in Porto without investing. It is a gift after 1.5 or 1.6m investment with city official, and then every 1.5 or 1.6 after. But you can't have the item anywhere in your inventory(vault or maybe strongbox only) or you won't get another one. Mode V1 is in the shop, not mode v3.

Yeah, the Obtained Info for this is misleading. Only Pisa has this for sale in their item shop. For Plymouth, Porto, and Malaga it can only be gotten as an investment reward for investing about 1.5-1.6 mil from the city official.

Maybe a list should be compiled and submitted for consideration? There are lots of little things like that floating around the DB in need of tweaking/updating. Just a thought. Cheers.
