Havana and no.. Sails can only be used 1 time per Improvement.

You can use two one each time
But that would be pointless the large square gives more bonus to sail. The delphin adds to the wave resistance as well but you don't need that higher than about 6

@George To my understanding you want your wave resistance to be 11 so you can sail through storms.

The wave resistance of 11 does not let you sail through storms. That is the Wind Resistant Mast skill

Correction Enver...WR 11 does allow you to sail through storms. Still does damage and if you dont have survival you can lose sailors also.

Wind Resistant Mast is to prevent sudden gusts of wind knocking you off course. Wave Resistance of 11 or higher allows you to sail through storms.

It does take all day to get the lumber and parts to build a ship like this
Non-shipbuilders should also realize that the cost listed in this site is the BUILD cost not the SELL cost.
In the case of a ship like this the Build cost does not include the cost of the hull, the sail unit and the gun port. Those three items alone can add 12 million to the cost if you buy them
Additionally, builders can only build one level of improvements into these ships for free. If you want a ship with 2/5 or higher the builder has had to use REAL money to make the ship. I've had customer say: "It's only a dollar or two" But over 50 or 60 ships it adds up. So how much real money would you be willing to put into these ships? Players want the builder to spend real money and then charge them less in the game.
This is why I have stopped building ships for players outside my company.
