From now until February 5th, it's possible to earn up to x7 of these in one month by finding player astronomy discoveries. Apparently.

As today January 25th 2020, from the list CaliCaddy posted the only item I didn't got was the Aide Training paper.

According to one player (Prion) they got the Aide Training item from this ticket. It currently remains to be seen whether or not the recipe using those Training items is usable.
