    I think it is pretty much an instant transport on a liner. That's the way I took it anyway.

    It works like the Special Ship Boarding Ticket where it instantly transports you to another port with no waiting time or ducat fee. But unlike the SSBT it only works if your in a port where there's a liner going to and from a particular port I.E. If your in Amsterdam you can only use this to go to London, Seville, or Pisa and vice versa. Also this does not work with company liners going to East Asia or special liners added due to culture trend in European capital cities.

    This does not work when taking a timed quest.

    Additionally, if I am not wrong, using this in Athens you would have a choice to instantly teleport to Venice, and vise versa, despite no physical liner between the two cities. Strange, eh?
