Whenever you do production, there will be a third button to activate a confirmed Great Success and each time you click on the confirm Great Success button, you consume one of these stuff in inventory.

Currently available from the Welcome Spring 2014 event. Go from Amsterdam to Riga in under 1,500 seconds, and finally Hamburg, get x2 per trip... I think. Only done it once so far!

I only got the master's secret reward once, despite repeating the time trial; same with the special repair tools at the Azores. Pretty sure you can't farm these, although if I'm wrong, feel free to correct me.

You cannot farm these unfortunately. You can get 2 if you do the quest with the extra load of beer but you cannot re-do the quest to obtain more of these. It will give you spring power and seeds but no more master's secrets after they are obtained the first time.
