There's also a colony building in part 3 of Tierra Americana that adds +1 to all craft skills; presumably, the book comes from the same expansion. Ultimately, that'll still require an NC boost though, since that's only r19

shouldn't require NC boost unless i'm missing something. Tailor is 17, bamboo broom and aide gets you to 19, the building should give you the last push to get to 20.

You don't get this book. When they finish milking every item in it through TB, then MAYBE they will put this book in TB, just to sell a few more TB, so you can TB while you TB. ffs.

It sadly remains unobtainable in GAMA at this time. Some of the costumes have, at least, been re-released as somewhat rare bottle drops in recent times, which is better than nothing at all.
