I believe they do stack because some recipes call for more than one of these. If there is a recipe that will call for multiples of a non-stackable item I do not know it.

Terra Amina - R15 Casting recipe in Temple of Poseidon (dungeon); also requires Marble x60 and Silver x50, plus finding a hidden room with a Stamina restoration statue. (Guard/Sword Mastery +2 club-staff weapon type; Can be upgraded to EX form and grant "Increased relic piece acquisition rate R12" effect to wielder while equipped, but the effect is not shared with their fleetmates.)

It's used in four Aide Production: Casting recipes via Quarters, too. They are:

Casting (8) "Babylonian soldier's helmet" (Adept of Ages B.C. title needed; Evasion +1 spear weapon type)
Casting (9) "Spear of Babylonian infantry" (Adept of Ages B.C. title needed; Sword Mastery +1; can be upgraded to EX form and grant "Adept of Ages: B.C." effect to wielder while equipped, but the effect is not shared with their fleetmates.)
Casting (10) "Babylonian soldier's costume" (Adept of Ages B.C. title needed; Plunder +1)
Casting (13) Western rifle (Adept of Ages 19th Century title needed; Sniping +2 gun weapon type; can be upgraded to EX form and grant "Adept of Ages: 19th Century" effect to wielder while equipped, but the effect is not shared with their fleetmates.)

Lastly, this item can sometimes be dropped from treasure chests in Atlantis' Temple of Poseidon endless dungeon, assuming no Treasure Hunt theme ("Between Myth and Reality") is active for the expedition leader. If that sounds like a nice drop to you, be sure to leave an item slot open for it, at least for as long we have access to Atlantis (which vanishes come the Age of Revolution).

Eh, that's technically optional, but using pure iron along with the other recommended materials does speed up construction on your revamped r4 quarters, and saves you some money as a result!

Sadly, I don't ever believe that the Chrono Title EXes will ever become a reality, with Special Purchase Bonds at 120-150m. It's saddening to think such interesting items wouldn't ever come into existence simply due to the inflated-astro price of a single consumable. On the Asian Server, SPBs are cheaper than NPCs (in terms of astros) ... Would have loved to have been able to have these items. :).

It's true that the high price of SPBs balances the game, otherwise everyone and anyone would have Robe EX and Nanban EX, causing inflation. But OGP should have simply replaced the SPBs from the much less lucrative recipes, such as these, with orichalcum or maybe some other rare item/ relatively expensive alchemy e.g. 50 Gaseous Drugs.

Welcome. I agree it's a pity that things like Chrono-EQ are behind the SPB barrier; I guess having all the effects of a single era in an equippable item was deemed to be too powerful for non-SPB status. Don't agree with it, can't change it, and love UWO too much to let it get me down, so I keep playing. Wouldn't mind if they relaxed that barrier in the future, though.


Back to business... turns out, you can actually create pure iron sheets outside of a private farm. You'll need Casting levels 10-13, plus an Aide whose Casting levels are also 10-13 as it's done through Quarters Production (guide on that here: nforum.ogplanet.com/uwo/forum_posts.asp?TID=641808 | Ctrl-Find "4-G." to skip to the relevant section).

Recipes:

Make pure sheet iron (R10 Casting)
Iron Ore x50 + Coal x25 = Pure iron sheet x1

Make pure sheet iron (R13 Casting)
Iron Ore x250 + Coal x125 = Pure iron sheet x5

If I am reading the JP wiki correctly, your private farm must yield the following from its Mines:

Iron ore
Coal

In other words, you'll need at least two Mine slots that can yield both trade goods. The farm's required technical development level for Mines is sadly not specified, nor how many plots need to be dedicated to this specific iron ore/coal output before the recipe finally appears.

The wiki additionally suggests that St. Lucia and Diego Garcia may be the only farms that have the potential to list this recipe though that information may be out of date or inaccurate. I imagine others may be able to shed a bit more light on this subject; I hope you get the answer(s) you need soon. Cheers.
