I found this to be one of the best items to take for nanban trading short distance trade wise (providing the backstock for fragrances isn't too high) and it works for all 4 EA nations.

One problem: You can only buy these at Calicut and Cochin which is camped by pirates 75% of the time... and there's no way to make/collect these either.

This sells for about 4,800D in the Northern France area at 100% with similar prices elsewhere in Europe. AS Chester said this is a excellent good to bring to nanban trade in EA if your willing to brave the waters around Calicut and Cochin...

★ = 1:1 Nearly impossible even max trading skill + all available nanban buffs.
★★ = 1:1 Very hard, though possible with railroad-, EX and NTP combined.
★★★ = 1:1 May be hard, though do-able with either high trading skill or one of the nanban buffs
★★★★ = 1:1 Easy, though trading skill rank may be needed.
★★★★★ = Its loved! May not need trading skills to get 1:1 exchange.
Note: This could deviate depending on the backstock/state of the ports! This assume players are using Nanban Purveyor Certificate.

Basically almost universal trade good to nanban, it is however quite expensive and flammable, so keep that in mind. :x
