you need 20leather and 20resin - only 1 of four types of orchard produce resin and only at ascension and saint-lucia i think
your technology lvl needs to be quite high too

I have a farm at Saint-Lucia, my Farm technology level is 1000, one of the facilities produces Resin. But the recipe to make Suede is not available. I have 20 leather and 20 resin on me.
Any ideas why can't I see the recipe?

so, this farm recipe has 2 "key materials" from what you say naoyasu, or the leather is the Key material.
so to make your must be capable of leather production, and perhaps the resin too.

But Leather is available only in Savaii farm. I think i need to raise Ranch development a bit, at least I'll try.

If you can sew for crap, you can make leather out of cows or pigs and veg oil, which is easily collected in Calais. The book you need is Tannery Secrets.

I have a farm at Diego Garcia and have 12 facilities, farm and mine at 1000 tech, ranch at 300. I can now see the suede recipe.

mass produce leather with 50 cows from private farm, and the resin of course, all done in the farm
