I can understand they need more money, but attracting spenders can be done in other ways. Simply by re-adding old high tier ships (not the OP ones) where some uwc spenders missed out or add boosters that is very demanding.
Because from what I can tell is that this is one of the major factor that the server in Korea and China got screwed up.

With how the FS battleships are getting more durable and stronger each update (and possibility to easily max stats modding), i can see why they want to "keep the gap" between FS and UWC, but compared to old days now the gap is just too far.
The most durable FS ships we have right now is Kronan/Ark Royal with 835-840 dura base cmiiw, and with later update, Heavy Assault Frigate getting 850 dura base marking the only FS ships surpassing 1500 dura after improvement. This Superior Dragon Ship C3 have ridiculous 1000 base dura which would be 1700+ dura after improvement. See how the big gap here? Mind you this OP cash ship is STILL not the strongest one compared to cash ships in Chinese server..
I was like kinda "Okay, 900 dura base ship. That should be more than ever enough." before. And now..
I just can't see this is a good way at all. I always wonder who made these decisions, most people are gonna assume GMs, but i actually want to make sure if it's not them.
Well, hopefully Origins won't follow the same path.
