is it normally a +1 or +2 with a r18 shipbuilder?

it can depend on the ship whether your chances are to get a fail (+1) or great success (+3) on the part. but you can improve a ship needing r10 SB and you could be an r20 SB and still get a fail. average is +2 which is the most likely outcome.

ok I'm adding 1 to my last mod. I would add metal work which I normally get +3 with but I can't add it because negative sails will make my sails not maxed

Effectively, I've developed it to Toronto, even though it was difficult to leave Vancouver inside the height of the summer time with all of the Expo '86 excitement. Nonetheless the superior news is I got the job with MuchMusic. It is a 24 hour music station that plays videos, sort of like radio in your Tv.
