neither do i, but this mine causes 'major' flooding on your ship and only 'drainage pump skill' can stop it - repair + pails DO NOT work.

pails do work morons just takes a shit load just like for any other ship skillthat causes pain in the ass things like with setfire it too 25 fire buckets to get rid od great disorder takes a lot of leadership use and so so it IS STOPIBLE just a pain in the ass to do so

Have you tried using pails when you had the huge leak effect? it says it had no affect. You can't even use a pail when ship has huge leak

wondering if a La royal (special sea mine,pea and bpa) is better than a la mort (dhp,bpa and pea) in a 1vs1 situation. can this skill make the difference with the extra damage cause of flooding?

No Sophia. But it gives half the damage from your mine and when it hit, the enemy ship will run very slow specially when they do not have a wave resist of at least 11.
