Do you remember the name Saint Columba? You would have heard it when you were investigating that lake. There is an island that has some relation to him near the British Isles. I'm sure the scholar in London knows something.

                                The Legend of the Beast
Columba? I cannot say much. My attention was fully on the beast. He was a missionary for the Christian movement who labored primarily in Ireland and Scotland. I believe you're likely to find someone who knows more in Dublin.

                                Building Monasteries
He was Irish, and established many monasteries to spread the word of God. But when disputes of Faith broke out, he fled Ireland and lived on a small island. He build a new monastery there. Using that as a base, he pursued his proselyting activities throughout Scotland.

                                Where did he go?
We have obtained inofrmation concerning an island related to Saint Columba. It is apparently a small island between Ireland and the British Isles. It is time to leave town and head north to see if we recognize anything.

                                Finite!~

A very small island to the west of the
northern part of the British Isles. Small
enough to circle the island on foot in
                                    one day.
The convent on this island was built
by Saint Columba, who then used the
island as the center of his missionary
                                    efforts.
