Abu Simbel mid is probably the best for MTTs currently. It's quicker to run than Giza or Luxor lower.

Yes, Giza Lower drops MTTs. It's a rare drop like MST in FSD middle. You can do like 50 dungeons and won't still get it. Need lots of patience :)

You receive sometimes 2-4 silver tarot cards after beating the boss at Floor 5 of Lima Dungeon. However since the "new feature" of dungeons, you can find them in hidden passage as well (treasure room with four treasure chests).

The hidden passage discoveries are

Fabric of the Andes (Historical Relic)
Statue of Chasca (Religious Relic)

both come from hidden passages in middle floors. The upper floors do not have a hidden passage discovery.

Lima requires weekly contributions to maintain its development status -- the church dungeon is only accessible if the three fields of adventure, trade and battle are at 40k+.

If it drops below 40k in one or more fields, then the city regresses and the dungeon becomes unavailable until its next development update cycle (every Monday I think it was) when all three fields are at 40k+. You can still reach the dungeon with ESBT of course... as long as it was your last visited dungeon, or if you use Change Expedition Destination Ticket to set Lima Church as your current dungeon.

Even if Lima church dungeon is closed, it can still be accessed via Expedition Ship Boarding Ticket as long as that was your last previously visited dungeon, or if you have a Change Expedition Destination Ticket that you can change the destination.

Lima Church Dungeon: OPEN

Culture levels as of 3/4, 12am server time:

Adventure - 41,536
Trade - 40,004
Maritime - 40,067

Every Monday, the game will check and update Lima's status automatically. The values only increase if delivery items (listed above) are donated to the City Official or other in-town NPCs.

If all values are 40k or higher, then the city will achieve maximum "colony development" level of Central Capital; special archive maps and the Lima Church dungeon will be available during this time. If not, and you have urgent need to visit the dungeon for some reason (legacy?), then refer to BlakeC's tip above.
