Some elementary merchant chrono-quests give you these titles (15th Century 3 to 5).
But Im not sure it is still available in undeveloped Florence.

Since you can't invest in Florence, development's not an issue. All you should need is the chrono title.

For those who want an easy time getting the chrono title required for purchasing RIBs in Florence, consider taking the Jean d'arc quest from Marseille for an easy time. It's not on ivyro so I'll post the information here.
