    No. You get MTTs from Luxor lower, Abu Simbel mid, and possibly others like the new EA dungeons (but don't hold me to that). Giza is far too easy for such rich drops.

    Less than 10k, it's 10k to open lower. Pretty sure it's 5k, same as Luxor mid.

    Upper level? Probably, if you bring heals/antidotes/attack items (I liked the agni firesticks from Cairo pedlar back in those days) and have good EQ.

    Ok last question. If I party with someone who has unlocked this place (as I do not have the 4k adven fame for the quest) will I be able to run it later alone without having to do the quest?

    No Bjourn. If you dont do the quest, the only way you can access it (or any other dungeon for that matter) is fleeting up with someone who has unlocked it through quest and is willing to take you along.
