• the SB rank needed to improve any ship is 5 less than the rank needed to build the ship this is r18 ship so need r13SB for first improvement and +1 for every subsequent improvement- some ships like this one are at the highest point of lvl req'd to sail it= such ships cant be fully improved until the level cap is lifted lvl65 is not the max...
