It's buyable only at craftsman like all the rest of the parts.

has anyone actually built/bought 1 of these hulls? dont seem to be able to get a true answer, 'you can buy this at shipyard not at craftman' next statement 'It's buyable only at craftsman'
i dont see it in the list at the craftman or shipyard master at the major towns. but my SB is only r8 and handi r8, cheers

this hull need 67k dev in capital city. and you need to invest around 2-5m so you can buy it from craftman.

I can buy it in Lisbon and Porto, along with many other parts like General Large Gun port, General Large Square Sail. You can probably find many ship parts in different city's Craft Shops if you invest enough.
