    The exact conditions for this to appear at your colony are covered here:

    Company Colony

    Just click on your region, and consult the charts. Certain buildings affect your colony's score in agriculture and the like, so getting Natal Indigo to appear is (seemingly) a very precise science. It apparently can only be bought in a company colony at the Wares Market building, and as it's important for a Memorial Album recipe new to GAMA, will probably be in slightly higher demand than it used to be.

    ★ = 1:1 Nearly impossible even max trading skill + all available nanban buffs.
    ★★ = 1:1 Very hard, though possible with railroad-, EX and NTP combined.
    ★★★ = 1:1 May be hard, though do-able with either high trading skill or one of the nanban buffs
    ★★★★ = 1:1 Easy, though trading skill rank may be needed.
    ★★★★★ = Its loved! May not need trading skills to get 1:1 exchange.
    Note: This could deviate depending on the backstock/state of the ports! This assume players are using Nanban Purveyor Certificate.
