Yes that is expensive but there are very few items in the game that do what these things do. So go diving in a couple of dungeons and send me a tell. If I am at sea I may be set to private so keep trying. I am about 9 hours ahead of US Central Time Zone way out in the Pacific so US morning is my evening.

Notice the spelling GrayBeard Gray with an "A" not "E" and the G & B are capitalized. As there is also a greybeard, GayBeard and GrayBeardLee in the game you need to be careful
