Check main website and it says "Land of the Dragons expansion" meaning we'll only get China --according to jap wiki-- and it also says 70/70/70 max so no 75 yet.

This ship is not worth to be build.
You need a lvl 25 shipbuilder (and that is impossible) for good results in parts build in. You always get minimum of possible range of parts. As a result, your TS and WR is really poor, even as lvl 20 Shipbuilder.

+1 to category 4 goods is a bullshit skill it allows you to buy an extra what 4 more category 4 goods thats bullshit you are better off just using 1 extra PO4 to make up for the extra 4 u miss per trade. This is a crappy ship skill now if it were +5 or even plus three it would be considered but a lousy +1 to waste a ship slot definitely not worth it IMO

Windjammer can have 5 studded sails equipped, so it will have more sail power and it can have slightly more cargo then HC
