Pretty certain this skill can be inherited.

All skills except DHP, Evade Melee Battle, and Rowing Assist can be inherited. And RA might be inheritable only on rowers (but I have not checked).

Unfortunately it does not work with rowing.

without any ship skill i got 13 fatigue in 10 days
with Galley and Quality Cabin: 13 fatigue in 10 days


However it works with frugality

without any ship skill: 10 fatigue in 10 days
with Galley: 10 fatigue in 10 days
with Galley and Quality Cabin: 5 fatigue in 10 days
