i would vote for FLC. Althought MLS can have better vertical (good at headwind/head-side wind) and slighter more total sails.

Here are the reasons:
- base stats 6 more turns, 4 more armours, 2 more waves. More turns and armours gives better acceleration speed. Waves resistance gives more top speed.
- If you can pick a good route, you can aviod headwind.
- good acceleration, more cannons and the super top seed allow you to have better self defence. faster to run away from plunder. Pirate with slower acceleration can only sink you other then melee/plunder you. Combine with original ship building skill like: heavy bombing/Explosive shell/Bullet-proof armouring can make even more advantage in this too. Word very good in piracy for the same reason as well
- can turn to a battler trade ship then MLS: about 80+ more cargo
- in the view of SB, 2nd optional skill is better in FLC. Floatsom search: casting net (+ turns), mast top (+ sails), which MLS doesnt have. The extra speed from mast top allows you to use metal work for +3 armour (-10v/h), more armour gives more acceleration again, and better defence of cos.

1. Adding cannon chambers (FS) will decrease the speed of a ship (either accel or top speed)?

2. I heard adding armor (FS) will only increase accel on battle but not sailing (Leaving the port)?

Same speed but FLC can be imp until x/8 and has +1 turn and +2 Wave resist as a default. Probably not worth it to some players but maybe for others. :)

My ship has an extra +25V 135/110, Planning on using 2 metal works
(-15 ~ -5) for the final imp (8/8). Anyone knows or opinion on what are the odds that I will get -30 on Vert which will result in 105/110?

Rashid, it's -5 to -15, which means you can get -15 Vertical and Horizonal
to -45 Vertical and Horizonal, not only Vertical sail
Usually you'll get -30 V/H

Since its (-15 ~ -5) for V and H and using 2 metal works will raise it to (-30 ~ 10). I've done some ship imp's using this FS and never encountered getting -30 for V and H. Maybe the worst is -25 for both sails and the standard is -20.

Correct me if im wrong but this ship is in the top 2 of the fastest in GAMA now (FLC or MLS???), its also a bit rare to get this so im thinking 8b the lowest, max is 10b depending on how well it is improved. :-)

LMS is a non NC ship, you can compare MLS vs FLC but not LMS. This ship also goes until 8/8 compared to LMS which is only 5/5. That additional 3 slots can give u higher turn and wave which makes it more faster.

Yes, open sea FLC is faster than LMS and Yes, 8b for non-modded or in ticket, 10b if modded, thats about right.

but FLC is more useful than MLS for piracy because the ship has bow,stern turret

@Cornelia, youre the noob, ETC is a trade ship and FLC is an adventure so don't compare these two. Also, "slightly faster"??? FLC is the fastest ship or 2nd fastest (MLS?) currently in GAMA. ETC only has 3 studdding sail compared to FLC which has 5. plus FLC is a lot harder to get in TBox than ETC. Its like your'e also saying that MLS should also be 4-5b??? lol...

8-9b for this ship is utterly stupid imo. I think 4-5b is reasonable. its a niche ship and the only thing that makes it valuable is the fact that it is the best thief. if you want the fastest get a MLS they are only 5b you want fast with loads of cargo get a ETC. This is the piracy clipper 5b is fair.

me and company member tested both ships(FLC and MLS)out. Both of them had almost identical improvements(FLC had 1 more armour and MLS had 1 more turn(from improvements)). Panama - Santiago took as about 40 mins and FLC was only about 20-30 seconds slower than MLS... so i think it all depends on what kinda winds you get, how good navigator you are etc...

I still prefer FLC over MLS(i have sailed with both ships)

Just for colour, no, not worth it. It depends what you want to use the ship for, I guess. If for piracy, the extra dura might be more valueable?

If you just don't want it pink, you can repanel to teak and not lose anything. Teak and festive have the same stats.

People rarely say WTB/WTS with price anymore for 2 reasons

1. They are too embarrass to let people see how much they want for their boats, goods, etc because they may look too greedy.

2. They want to get as much or possible if they are the seller or if they are the buyer they want get it cheap as possible.

Instead of agreeing at the fair price most people rather not compromise all.

My opinion, the best way to remove resellers from the game is to have NM/CJ implement some kind of cooldown on NC items and NC ships for Player to Player. Example if one player buys/sell/exchange an NC item/ship from another player then that item can't be exchanged again for let say 30 days???.

Come on, why would you exchange/trade an item you just bought if you're not gonna use it. It will have a negative effect on some way but in the long run prices on all NC items/ship will be better. right??? :)

A better way would be TB NC ships would be tradable the first time incase you got a ship you didnt like once that ship have exchange hands then you cannot trade it again. Unless you purchase some kind of NC ship trading permit also non tradable, that allows you trade it again. NM would probably make as much money on this as a ship dismantle.

@Cornelia, you ask for my name saying the door swings both ways (im carla btw who posted before) yet i dont see how my name here has anything to do with a seller not adding a price. for those of you that do know me will know when i sell/buy any ships/items i include the price and dont just say WTS FLC/WTB FLC because:
1. its so much easier to trade this way when the buyer knows what he has, if he/she can afford the price the seller is asking and if he/she thinks its reasonable.
2. im not ashamed of my prices that i want for items, or prices that i offer to buy any items, i also dont want more than i think the ship/item is worth, ask around youll see ive been offered high prices for such things like the qing pao armour, and ive declined their offer and sold to them for cheaper. and ive also bought items for alot more than item was worth since i dont rip any newbs off, like 5mil for general cloak, which i bought then gave her 250mil and explained about NC goods.
and please Cornelia dont tell me to add my IGN here on this site, when you havent, its hipocratical.

First off Im not cornelia, the reason the buyer should state their offer or their "price" is the seller isnt the person who dictates if their boat sells or not if the buyer offer is close to the seller's. The seller could easily just sell it at the buyer's price.

no Marco is correct beatrice, you dont go a shop and start telling the shopkeeper what you want you to pay for a snickers let's say. The shopkeeper or seller determines the price what they would like to sell and item for; the buyer does not dictate prices. In any case Marco stated he also adds his price offer on items he wants to buy which i think is correct also. Both buyer and seller should state what they want to offer or receive for any item for sale.

The buyer gets to choose price if they are more sellers than buyers cause they could find the cheapest seller. Simple supply and demand.

but now we have to PM just for a hint about what the seller wants, even then you might not get an answer from the seller. i think some sellers dont even know themselves what they want for a ship or item.

ill give an example, ive been trying to buy an ETeaC or RBTC for some time now, i include in my shouts the prices for ticket and fully improved. i had an answer from a player in london saying something like 'ive got an 8/8 ETC ill sell, but its worth more than 7bil' i said sorry but 7bil for an ETC is too much for me, what would you accept for it though, he could not answer, all he could reply is 'what have you got, make an offer' i said im not gonna buy cos you want more than 7bil, im curious as to what you would accept, again he couldnt answer. for once i would love for someone to say, yes i have an OK ETC 8/8 the +stats and sure ill accept 6bil. instead of 'what have you got? what could i possibly screw you out of' i dont mind overpaying if there's some value and honor in the deal. if someone wanted 1bil more than i was willing to pay for a ship, but they just came out and said it instead of the greedy dance, i would pay.
